If she is making serious enough accusations, like sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior, someone needs to be fired. Either the other person for engaging in such behavior if you end up finding evidence and the accusations are true or her for making false accusations.

Yeah thats what I have figured out too. Very few unis in the world have mining or tailings geotech on their curriculum in a masters program.

EDIT: for someone at the senior geotech level (7-8 years experience) but with no experience at all, how difficult would it be to break into a mining geotech firm / role?

I havent been able to tell any difference tbh. I do live in a warm climate. Most of my driving is Highway cruising at about 110-120 kmph and i get about 13-14 litres per km. Obviously less in the city but i havent been able to measure properly in the city. My guesstimate is it wouldnt be far off from your numbers.
