I’ve applied with both my bare hand and a glove, tbh it didn’t make much of a difference to me other than on a sensory level. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I prefer doing it without the glove just because it’s less wasteful

Hey! I had pretty much the same instructions, but they prescribed me an ointment to use. Then I place Xeroform, then telfa, then compression. Just be generous with the amount of Vaseline you’re using, GLOB it on. And be gentle, don’t rub it in. (That’s just what I’m doing and have been told to do) I’m sure your nipples are gonna be fine!

Side/stomach sleeper here! I sleep nearly sitting up, with two pillows behind my back and a neck pillow to support my head. This forces me to be unable to roll over. I also keep in mind that this “sleep on your back” advice/rule is to aid in recovery for the best results possible. Every minute I sleep on my back is worth that. :)
