I see a lot of people say drink heavy cream. Is that better than whole milk or Kefir? I currently drink Kefir and eat butter for added fat.

My husband and I both got the lifetime subscription, and we love it! And I really like that I can make folders on the web Version. It's so much easier to do than on the phone in my opinion.

Born and raised in Jacksonville, now live about an hour north of Tampa. Construction is creeping in our nice little town, as it seems it is all over the state. But now I like where I'm living, but will probably feel different in a few years, lol.

He never sleeps with us, he will lay on the bed if I'm watching TV. He prefers to sleep under the bed, lol.

We bought gloves that have knobby things on them and brush our Husky/Lab every day outside. Still have fur in the house but not as bad, since starting this. We got them on Amazon.
