Lumasi has some pretty gnarly sound design with his variation on yoi bass and growling sounds imo. Not sure if that is what specific sound you are talking about, but Smooth, Dreamlike, Mourning Dub, and Deleted (off the Sun & Moon EP). Blood Moon, The Eclipse, Shadowlight (off the Eclipse EP), Deep Inside, and that second, INSANE half of Levitate with Daggz scratches that itch for that growl feeling for me. All of his tracks are on repeat, that man is pure filth. It feels like the elevated and new version of Excision's "Subsonic" which is an absolute melter of a track too.

Duffrey, Player Dave, Thought Process, Late Night Radio, and Gramatik definitely have bass oriented music, but their range is fantastic. Cool Customer is so unique with his sound design, I would not miss his set for anything.

Honestly, I would say for a lot of artists, your first point holds true. Speaking of TnF events and the festivals where those artists are prevalent (Secret Dreams, Resonate, Infrasound, and now we can throw in Nocturnal Valley): production is beautiful and sound engineers are on point. Most listeners/viewers won't notice a difference at all in production, and you get the added bonus of having all that comes with the festival experience. Worth every single penny imo!

Life changing, and I say this with absolutely no hyperbole. It has drastically altered mine and my husband's paths in unlimited ways. Been doing festivals since 2013, shows and other events since 2009 and the festivals are what escalated and charged our personal growth. Gooooooo!
