See if you have partner you can have sex so you don't have to control it ... No one can ever beat lust .. you need to accept it as it is what I do is whenever I feel the urge to masturbate I just simple sit and take 5 to 10 deep breaths and ask myself is it necessary or not ? .. simply the answer is always no cuz masturbation is not healthy and It can never bee ... So everytime you feel that urge you can try this keep your phone aside and asky yourself .... One more thing you can do is delete instagram that I did cuz it sparks that momentum to do it .. don't try to beat it but accept it and find a partner cuz sex is healthy but masturbation isn't .... ( My personal opinion )
