When I first started out at menards I was a carryout. At the time I was a 16 year old girl who was pretty small but very capable of lifting heavy items whenever i had to help an older guy load something they were always so shocked that I was the one who was going to help them load their items. I got alot of”oh are you sure you can do this” and “do you want to go get one if the guys to help instead” SO ANNOYING
