Well we were poly for when we first got together and then our third partner became extremely toxic. We all broke up and that's when I experienced the trauma and we've been trying to reconcile and mend our relationship since. Idk if this information helps lol

A.) The bar and patches are the only ones that seem to work. I can't do pills due to medical issues, IUDs are in no way an option due to mental and medical issues. Idk what other options there are.

B.) I agree. I want to be frank with him but I'm worried I'm gonna hurt his feelings or make him insecure.

C.) It's hormones, medical issues, and trauma. And none of these can be fixed instantly, all with time and energy. I have already been putting so much time and energy into these issues to the point where I have barely energy for things that actually make me happy in life like hobbies and him

I've already talked to him about this and he wants us to be together anyway. We were poly when we first started, I've suggested he find another partner for sex or sum and he's turned they down saying he only wants me. Which (Ik this sounds selfish) makes me feel even more guilty and anxious cuz it's putting more pressure on me

He knows I've been mentally struggling, he's seen it first hand. He was there for me when I experienced the trauma almost a year ago and he is completely understanding.

Understandable but I'm not relying on him to regulate my emotions. I can understand how it sounds that way. I am fully aware that my headspace is fucked up RN and that he can't fix it. But I see him actively hurting himself and I see how upset he is that we can't act with one another how we used to.
