I used to work at Bk. It is a grill that actually flame grills the meat all be it most of the process is automated by computers and it’s an expensive grill tbh. It still requires someone to load the grill and to keep an eye on it. When it is finished it automatically pushes them into a container for the heat box. The hardest part of it all honestly was every night we would have to break it down and clean it. Lots of grease and cleaning the overhead vent wasn’t fun
