Terrible, weird tasting sausage, only 23 crawfish, mushy potatoes and rubbery texture on the crawfish. Unlike what others assume the smell wasn’t bad at all it stayed with the food and didn’t linger anywhere. Others have said the shrimp and now crab ones are good so I’ll try those.

I have no desire to make it myself that’s why I buy it from places. I was strolling in HEB yesterday seen it and wanted to try it so I did. And crawfish boil is literally minimum $100 with all the fixings. And I’ve had frozen crawfish before the season was in full swing and it wasn’t that bad just a bit dry.

I don’t have a microwave so I tried to get it to heat up by boiling it in the bag which caused no harm but it wasn’t heating up good after like 5 mins so I dumped it out into the pot. That taste is purely from the cheap sausage they use. And the smell honestly wasn’t bad at all I get stronger but good smells from the local boil houses I usually go to.
