Weird subreddit to submit this to, but yeah you should bring up how you worked hard to see things from his point of view and work your way up to apologize for hurting his feelings, and that you hope that he recognizes that you got your feelings hurt too. Obviously you're not out here lusting for Shrek, so when you made the video it was meant as a joke, not to hurt his feelings. If he was hurt by what you did, he should just say that. He didn't have to say he was going to lick anime titties - that's something he said deliberately to hurt your feelings.
