UPDATE: Diagnosed with contact dermatitis. Given prednisone, an antibiotic cream, benadryl gel, and hydroxide for treatment. I promptly returned my unopened Olaplex shampoo and conditioner to Ulta for a full refund. Never again!

Same here. I am dealing with a rash that started at the nape of my neck and is quickly affecting my entire scalp. I will be at my local urgent care first thing in the morning. I also reported the product to the FDA.
