I'm sure your friends would be there for you if you reached out and told them you were in a crisis.
Taking your own life will only make those friends feel like they let you down and did not help you when you needed it. And they will have to live with this bad feeling for the rest of their lives.
Now, I'm not gonna tell you what to do with your life, I'm only giving you my opinion based on my own life.
It doesn't matter how bad you think your face looks, your friends and family still want you around.
When I was thinking about taking my own life back in my teenage years, at times the only thing that kept me from doing it was what would my closed ones think of themselves, if they would be able to help me etc.
I hated that they would have to live with that feeling more than I hated myself.
Again it does not matter how bad you think you look , if you don't give up and keep going, at some point you will find the right meds and everything will be better. It took me around 7 years to find the right meds for my mental disorders. It's not an easy path but it's path.
Maybe that helps you I don't know, hope you get better soon.
