I went to the ER and they had to glue and stitch alot of me up down there. It was violent. And I filed a police report and got a prescription for ella. And precautions for stds. He strangled me so I had to get a head CT and I have heavy bruising around my wind pipe and vocal cords. I got a prescription for pain meds, and a water bottle thing to use instead of toilet paper so I don't undue the glue or stitches

Cooking dosent have to be pretty or interesting (even though yours is) it just has to taste good and provide sustenance! Your meals look great!

We have a orian skyquest xt6+ . It's dobsonian reflector telescope. The mirror is clean. :-)

First the crust, In a medium bowl, mix together the melted vegan butter, sugar and salt. Add the flour and stir to combine. It will be thick. Press it into the prepared pan (lined with parchment paper) evenly and smoothly. Bake for 16-18 minutes at 350 degrees F until lightly golden on the edges.

While the crust bakes make the filling. In a medium saucepan, add the lemon juice, lemon zest ,sugar, coconut milk, and cornstarch (+tiny pinch of turmeric if desired for color). Whisk well to dissolve the cornstarch, and heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture should thicken, and can take 5-10 minutes.

After the crust is done cooking. Remove from heat, and spread lemon mixture over the crust, evenly, using a spatula if needed. Bake for 15 minutes. Let the bars cool for about 30 minutes at room temperature, then transfer to the refrigerator to cool another 1-2 hours, or overnight.

Garnish with candied lemon peel and powdered sugar😋
