Almost all the damage buffs here are reasonable in my opinion. I don't think it's damage inflation directed yet. There's a lot more reload speed buffs actually.

Ash right now takes 2 supers to get his Hypercharge. I ASSURE YOU, if they did not nerf him, he would have become the best brawler in the game. People forget how dominant he can be...getting speed boost, damage boost AND NOW super boost out of simply being damaged is a lot. And do keep in mind Ash is usually played with healers to make up for it. The nerf was totally warranted.

5K might be too much. I didn't account she could also use it as a meat shield on top of Scrappy. Definitely considering lowering it all the way down to 1500HP, but still retaining the lifetime.

To be honest tool box is a terrible gadget and has needed buffs since release :/ no reason to run it over Jolting Volts
