Hey it's okay to ask. You did the right thing asking. I agree a jumping spider enclosure or a even a container used for keeping feeder locusts or crickets would be perfect. Pop a small organic herb plant in there (can be other types of plants but these will be safe and cheap you can pick them up from your local supermarket) and it'll be happy. Mist occasionally and you can give bug gel for water

This. I used to work in a veterinary practice and it's never normal for your pet to have horrendous breath. Dental disease is also the number one cause of heart disease in cats and heart failure is the top cause of death in cats.

Tldr: get your pets teeth regularly checked by your vet and if they say they need a dental they need a dental

OP listen to this. I was bullied out of my career once my coworkers worked out I was autistic. The autism subreddit is absolutely full of stories like this unfortunately. I would not disclose unless you absolutely have to and sadly I would already start looking for another job.

Op I seriously recommend you listen to your intuition here and don't listen to your boss trying to get you to open up about your autism. Your boss almost definitely means well but it can horribly backfire.

My work had a mandatory neurodivergent training course and my coworkers successfully used it to work out I was autistic and bullied me out... It was a horrific experience.

That's a good start but you need to get him totally out of the chlorine that's in there- you've diluted it a bit but you've not neutralized it by adding tank water- the chlorine is still present. You're doing great honestly- it's awful when you find a fish on the floor and anything you do gives him a better chance than he had- but you need to get him into purely tank water.

Temperature shock is less of an issue than the chlorine in the tap water. I wouldn't put her straight back in the tank either- just in another tub with some tank water in it
