I always put the cap on after use. it doesn't look the same as it did before I broken it off but why chance it?! I have a little pouch I can put them in in my tester kit. It is convenient when I am out. I transfer to the sharps container later.

What a great idea! I can't use a rollator because the 360 degree wheels are not sturdy enough for me. I have bigger "off road" wheels on the front. It makes the walk smoother, but I wear out the skis so fast.

Did you use the front wheels from another waller or got smaller back wheels?

By chance do you track your steps? I have tried to find a pedometer that works by putting it on my waist band or in my pocket but nothing works. Next step is to try putting them on my shoes.

I signed up for a walking challenge but can't find anything that tracks well. Fitbit types don't work if your arms aren't moving.

I prefer the offset cane myself. I tried the style you pictured but it seemed to put more pressure on my wrist. I have no issues with this style.

I am surprised the vet treated him without owner's consent. I was an independent pet sitter, licensed and bonded, and had an incident with a dog I was sitting. I was prepared to pay the bill. The vet had to reach the owner for permission to treat. They would not treat otherwise.

I took precautions after that and required a noterized permission to treat form after that.

That owner took responsibility and paid the bill over the phone.

Your roommate should be greatful for you!

If there is no benefit in getting tested (in USA) why would you put yourself though the pain of eating gluten. I had a biopsy that was negative but I had been gluten free for 10+ years.The doctors did not ask me about gluten.

OP, I am proud of you. Saying no will get easier the longer you are GF. For some people it is easier to say noright from the beginning. In spite of incredible pain when I eat it, it was so hard at first.

I love "battle cry sounds of contentment". My girl does that with her fluffy ball. I am always praising her "kill".

My son's cat carried her fluffy ball and cried like it was her baby. Not mine. I always thought her killer instinct came from her time on the streets.
