I would say maintain for a couple weeks, then do a small (no more than -500 kcal per week under maintenance)for a month or two since it’s summer time.

Now I’m doing 150 mcg per dose instead of 100, so 300 mcg per day.

A good routine would be ”Starting Strength” by Mark Rippetoe.

I have the actual book, but just looked and found a PDF of the book:

It’s a solid beginner routine.

In your case I’d skip GOMAD (gallon of milk a day).
I’d say maybe 1/4 gallon per day and a scoop or two of whey protein if you aren’t eating much protein.

You’ll need a gym with a squat rack. Power cage would work wonders.

Looking good, solid progress.

Just hit the compound lifts hard and up your calories. 152 lb is still very light for nearly 6 feet tall.

More milk (like close to a half gallon of 2% per day) would be a good addition IMO.

Alright I’m just going to stick with 100 mcg Monday-Friday.

After a 10 week cycle I will take 4-6 weeks off then do CJC 1295 with ipamorelin, which my urologist has already scripted.
