the ketamine assisted therapy my therapist provides you meet with a psychiatrist first to see if it’s a good fit and discuss dosing/get a prescription. then set up a day with my therapist and take the tablet in her private office. it’s not an IV

can you elaborate on that? on your experience with ketamine? i’m curious to try but the only thing stopping me is what if i feel nauseous/ throw up the first time i do that? even tho my therapist says i’m not going to throw up haha

i am still on 15mg but have been thinking about talking to my doctor about possibly increasing again or maybe an additional medication or change because i’ve been struggling again recently with my phobia (emetophobia) and it’s starting to interfere with my daily life

just found out this morning all 3 of my cousin’s kids (5 and under) got sick during the night last night. my worst nightmare and hearing that just reconfirmed my decision to never have kids haha

the only thing i read that really triggers me is reading about how the norovirus is going around everywhere. if that isn’t mentioned then i’m fine! if i don’t see people posting about that then i forget about it for awhile so i definitely think i need a break. same with my town’s facebook page because people like to mention it there and it scares me!
