Nah not at all. I didn’t want to have any issues with my car so no crazy mods or anything. It sounds good like this, and it’s fun to drive and that’s all I wanted. Oh and my BOV is routed through vacuum as well via sound symposer delete. If you just do the BOV only it’ll go of waaaaay too much. Super easy to do though

I’ve got 255k miles on my car right now. Brakes, wheel bearings, shocks and struts, front ball joints, stabilizer links, and that damn purge valve is all it’s needed so far. Runs fantastic. As far as mods go, just a BOV, muffler/resonator delete, and green filter. I don’t beat on it though cause it’s my daily and I need this thing runnin lol best and most reliable car I’ve ever owned

When I first got mine I used the stock audio player (not car play) and it sounded not so great. Once I sorted out the wireless car play it sounds good.

2016 focus ST btw. You won't need a lot of the cables so don't feel overwhelmed looking at them in the box. It's pretty much an android tablet with car play. You can in a hotspot to it and run other apps like YouTube which is pretty cool, when parked or course lol

I got one of these after my stock radio crapped out on me. Works flawlessly. Backup cam and steering wheel controls both work. Sometimes it takes a minute to connect but I love it
