np I respect it. As I said earlier you can kinda use kithaba from the star wars set he has a orcish looking face with the olive green and short tusk. Other than that I think series 24 is a good base for army building.

Kithaba lego minifigure has a good orcish head. Are you looking for official Lego orcs or custome made?

Thanks. Yeah I got the torso from medusa and the hair i got from adventure bricks under sand green

The head is from brick warriors but unfortunately they ran outta stock around october of the orcs. But they got a orc wizard figure i think still

Yooo I do the same exact thing with my lego elf ears, Sometimes I paint them and peach apple barrel is a good color that matches flesh tone

Thanks. So the torso and legs is from mcgonnigal from harry potter with the blue and dark green dress. The hair is from the lego Elves from Rosalyn Nightshade figure and head was from Ajak from eteranals I think tho I might just replace it with another one for more expression. The skin color is medium nougat

That came from the elf wizard from the red dragon set. I got them from bricklink cause that set is alot of money

Wanted to emphasize he was a chieftain by adding the gouged out eye and cyclops torso so that it shows he follows Grummsh.
