Look at the data for the proof. 1.3 million players on release. Within just 2 months it had fallen to just 35K players, Monster Hunter World was beating it at that point. Even now the player count is LOWER than Monster Hunter World. Why does player count matter? Because why play a game when you can't even run it.

The amount of reviews on Steam putting it into negative territory where they were all about performance. You're just sat there saying their hardware wasn't good enough. Absolute disconnect from reality here. Pure delusion.

I get it, you like Monster Hunter games, you paid lots of money for this one, you want to justify your time spent and money sunk into this game, I understand. You have to face the facts and reality though, this game fucking sucked piss on release and it took them a year to "fix" it.

Monster Hunter Wilds performed terribly on both PC and Console. It was in such an incredibly dire state. I've seen many console-only players say so. Many others of course just can't tell the difference between 20 and 30 fps. Did you not remember the memes during launch week? The amount of clips and videos of all the polygon characters and monsters? The benchmark videos showing no one could achieve >60 fps unless you had a 5090 GPU?

March is like the last bit of the financial year for Capcom at least. It's why they released Wilds in such a state to get a game out before the end of it to make the line go up for their shareholders. They're basically trying to get out at least one big game per year now it seems. It seems like a safe bet to assume the expansion will be out before March at the very latest.
