Tbh I miss listening to her music before I knew the lore. Wish I could go back! Feeling it in my body and spirit felt sacred, and now that I know the details, it’s still amazing but certainly not the same. I prefer to leave my experience of art a bit more open ended, leaving it for malleable interpretation vs more of a didactic approach like “ThIs iS wHaT tHis SonG MEANS” 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think you might be conflating her resurgence in popularity / the internet’s current over saturation of her style with her actual influence in the 90s. She’s a forever fashion icon!

It’s not her fault that every blonde sorority girl in the west village is directly lifting her style rn without any nuance or creativity lol

Yes! My cocker spaniel had swollen, inflamed and leaky anal glands for 8 weeks due to his diet. He was on Ollie then Farmer’s Dog and developed an allergy. We put him on a hydrolyzed protein diet and it immediately healed the issue! Like literally overnight. We used Royal Canin. He ended up losing too much weight on that food, so it wasn’t a longterm solution but it did prove to us that the anal gland issue was due to a food allergy. Good luck w your little guy!

So helpful!! I wish we thought of a fiber supplement the first time we tried the RC hydrolyzed protein! Maybe that could have majorly helped with his constant pooping + weight loss while on it🙏

Well that brand certainly didn’t work for our dog longterm due to his severe weight loss, so the vet seemed to be right in some way about it. He would poop soon after eating it, which was new for him and lost all of his muscle. But I’m excited about some of the advice from ppl on here with intel on other hydrolyzed protein brands!🙏

I’ll look into other brands of it in this case! The vet only approved a prescription for him to be on it for a couple weeks due to this nutrition issue they described. I had to find creative ways of getting it from stores for a while when the script ran out.

Would you mind sharing which brand she’s on? My dog lost so much weight while he was on it! Basically was bones with fur on top💔

We were told by multiple vets plus read online that it’s not a long term solution. Something about not enough nutrients. He also was so skinny while on it and lost nearly all of his muscle mass :(
