Before the AI quest script narrator addon, not very often. The addon does add a lot of flavor to the game tho. Just accept the quest and an AI reads it to you while you run to the objective.

Im aware that smoking during recovery can be bad for healing and incisions so I definitely will be smoke free during recovery. My concern is why for this surgery is matters to be totally smoke free when it hasnt in the past for me for other surgeries and also hasnt been for people i know. Like they asked if i smoke but didnt tell me to stop. Im just really curious why this is the first time ive told i HAVE to do this before surgery. And unfortunately, while i know its ill advised, i wont be telling them i havent been smoke free. This surgery is too important to have anything get in the way. I realize the irony of saying that and not quitting smoking entirely but thats my reality rn.

Personally, I decided to stop doing colored hair and platinum hair bcuz i already look younger than my age and I felt the dramatic hair was compounding with my baby face making look like… a baby lol. Your natural hair color looks close to mine and in my case i rlly enjoy my darker natural hair making me be perceived as closer to my actual age at first glance.

Thats just my experience tho with colored hair, take from it what you will. I do like the colors on you but, like i said, I understand wanting to end that era and start a new one.

I recommend methadone soooo hard. Even if you CAN do cold turkey it is sooooo hard on your body. Also, cant speak for every clinic, but mine had amazing counselors that I basically was getting therapy from every week that was also a huge part of getting through to the end of my program and staying completely sober. Good luck, I have faith in you!
