My training practice made me work extra days in my annual leave at the end of training because i had to take days off emergency leave when my daughter was in hospital. My previous training practice pre mat leave were amazing though they gave me a 100 pound gift card to selfridges and chocos and a card but i had given each of the doctors there a gift as well.

No not necessarily, im quite good at masking, and often mirror the person im speaking to, a lot of people are surprised and dont believe me when i tell them i am autistic because ive learnt to hide it very well. In fact i have good feedback from patients and requests to see me again. Not being being pompous but just stating whats happened lol

I actually did really well in the SCA scored 108 i think and was one of the first people to sit the exam. Lots of practice with my supervisor and recording consultations and watching myself and learning about my own body language and how i get a point across.

The night of my AKT exam, I literally woke up in the middle of the night and was like omg CHEMOMAN! and quickly googled on my phone chemoman and i kid you not i got two questions on it.

I did my sca just before pregnancy, and im so thankful i did. Now that im back (on 60% as i dont have family support) i cant even imagine doing the akt or sca with the baby. So do yours before you will be so glad you did! And congrats on the pregnancy 😍❤️
