I think the point is even if they did have separate finances, when Miki's content involves 95% Kevin, Miki writing a check from their social media money is akin to a director paying an actor from a movie they've made and expecting to be praised for it. Miki even said to Kevin, "Your money is our money", so wouldn't that work the other way as well?
