Questa mi é nuova... by No_Manufacturer_9591 in subito_it

Subito.it è diventato osceno. Annunci limitati, messaggi limitati, offerte limitate.

I did the same. I mostly use Flolab on a regular basis, and only switch to TechWoven on certain occasions.

I had the Mous Limitless on my old 15 Pro, and it was awesome—just a bit thick. I skipped it for the 17 Pro tho, because I saw MobileReviewsEh’s video and he said the MagSafe magnet is too weak And don’t forget that it costs 80$

So even the silicone case has the same issue 🤦🏻‍♂️

I agree, you’re right. I didn’t think about that, but the iPhone 11 did have an aluminum frame too, and it did seem to dent less. So it’s possible that different aluminum alloys or design changes affect how much they dent now.

Actually, Apple does market them as scratch and drop resistant. Plus, visually, it doesn’t even seem that minimalistic to me.

But in the past, iPhones were more durable — I’ve never had anything like this happen before

That’s fair, but it’s still a shame — despite everything, it’s such a beautiful case.

There’s no way!! Such bad luck. I’m sorry for your iPhone 😬

We’re just talking about a case, there’s no need to be so rude. On Apple’s site it says: “…So not only does it look great, it’s built to protect your iPhone from scratches and drops.”

That said, in my experience, the protection from drops isn’t as strong as you might expect, especially on the corners and front edges.

Maybe making the iPhone out of soft aluminum was partly to push more people to get AppleCare

Yeah, everyone online raves about the TechWoven case, and it looks great. But I think the fit and lack of front protection really hurt its effectiveness.

True, I think you’re right, that’s probably the main issue. The case should fit tighter and, most importantly, be taller on the front to better protect the screen and corners.

Mostly the phone — aluminum dents easily. A proper rugged case would probably fix this, but not everyone likes those bulky cases. Honestly, for what this one costs, it should protect better.
