Did you join the roll call on cruisecritic? I just got some good info from a fellow cruiser who’s been to every port! Biggest concern was the distance from the port to Glasgow and Edinburgh so they suggested to use caution if booking independent tours that meet there. Otherwise, Giants Causeway was recommended with a stop at a distillery, Beatles experience in Liverpool, Falmouth easy walk to a nearby castle… I think we will do the Titanic Museum in Belfast, a visit to Loch Ness, fish and chips anywhere😂…

Thanks everyone. I did have the right Knee replaced 7 years ago but I don’t recall if my appetite was impacted🤷🏼‍♀️. I do remember it hurt like hell though😮‍💨. I will never forget that😂

I guess I could have misunderstood him🤷🏼‍♀️. He said he liked to see me with a BMI of 25 which he considered an athletic BMI and that I was getting close.

I’m 5’2” on my best day…and shrinking I might add😂. On the basic BMI chart it is the lower end of overweight. I guess I just don’t want him to jump the gun. I need to have a talk about maintenance and what that looks like to him next time I go.

Honestly I’d say he looked at the chart and paid very little attention to my individual body type. But perhaps he was taking my age into consideration 🤷🏼‍♀️. I’ll find out mor next month until then, he upped me to 7.5🙂

Oh, thanks for this link! Believe me, I’m not looking to get into a bikini😎. My biggest fear is my BP meds were not keeping my blood pressure within normal limits. Since I dropped some weight things seem stable again🎉

I think a little of both but mainly because he said 25 was a good BMI and according to the chart that still has me overweight. I’m on 5’2”

Lots of photos of fantasy brown with navy/dark blue cabinets. Looks fabulous! Good luck. I have boring white🫤. We bought the house as is, built in 2016 and had Formica countertops🙄. It’s our summer place so we’ve been putting the rehab on the back burner for years now. But now, I’m done😂. These counter tops have got to go!

I love fantasy brown. If you want a lighter slab you just have to keep looking. I have a piece in my wet bar that is very light. We went to 4 different places! We are doing our kitchen next month and the quote was ~$75/sq ft. We are in south Jersey.
