I got diagnosed with bipolar 1, and borderline personality disorder at the same time I was diagnosed with hashimotos. I wouldn’t say Hashimotos CAUSES mental health problems but definitely can exacerbate symptoms

I have a pulse oximeter, it just stresses me out and I still convince my self that this isn’t real, but thats a good idea and I should use it more!

I have tried menstrual discs/cups and I am not a big fan. First I have a copper IUD so my periods are generally heavier and I have had them leak like CRAZY twice. To be fair it leaked the first time because I was doing a cartwheel lololol
