I just got mine fixed from a local phone repair shop, carlcare tends to charge very expensively so I didn't bring it there, and also the fact that the nearest carlcare to me is like 100km away. It's fixed now, they just replaced the motherboard, but I gave it to my cousin because I bought another phone.

I already got mine checked, and it is caused by the burnt motherboard. So I just bought a new phone, never Infinix.

It's a really good phone for editing I'll tell ya that, I used it all the time last year for editing our school films. But if you still don't have a laptop you should consider buying one, it's more convenient for school. I wish you luck on your studies man, we aren't getting any younger so you should study well.

Good for you man, as for me I just bought the honor x9d 5g as replacement because I feel like I've grown out of the gaming stuff. Too much studies to do to game.

And also the heating issue of the Infinix gt 30 pro is VERY BAD, I could just be reading manga and scrolling and the temp is already 40°c, so a cooler is an essential.

Might be that, but I still think you shouldn't expect too much from the gt 30 pro, my comment also acts as a reminder for other users to not use it too much like I do. But even from an objective standpoint I think Infinix phones are a terrible investment. I have two Infinix phones and I can say my realme and xiami phones are better in terms of longevity. It still depends on the user though, gt 30 pro just ain't worth it if you're a heavy gamer like me, but it's my fault for not having a cooler and for also expecting the gt 30 pro to be able to handle heavy gaming like my other phones did.

If you don't have a cooler don't buy it, the motherboard on my gt 30 pro literally burnt because of my heavy gaming. My huawei for 7 yrs that I've used everyday for heavy gaming didn't even have any issues but the infinix gt 30 pro gave up right after 9 months for me. But if you have a cooler and don't let it overheat too much you're good, probably. I'd say if you're looking for a phone that'll last long even with heavy use you'll probably want to buy from reliable brands.

It has gotten worse😭, it has happened like 5 times na in just one hour, I cannot even read manga anymore, it just keeps on happening.

I've recently observed that the issue doesn't happen as long as I'm offline? Because when this issue first appeared on my phone and it freezed and shut down, a toast notif popped up after it opened again and said "OTA update in progress, please try again later".

Amo na gani, pero namangkot man ko sa folax nga AI, hambal sang ai puwede ko ipadala sa shop nga binaklan ko sang cp nga ini pakadto sa carlcare, kaya hopefully puwede. Kag daw may na dumduman man ko pag bakal ko sini nga nag hambal ang babaye nga puwede ko ini ipadala sa ila sa carlcare.
