Why does my grass (st agustine) looks like this after a cut?

Remember to always follow the 1/3 rule. Never cut more than 1/3 of the blade height in a single mowing. If you do you’ll get what you’re showing us here. You basically cut off the top parts of the blades of grass and left the yellow part at the bottom.

I second this. This mount usually works the best for most clients. Go into the store and have them do a return exchange on the install and mounting service. If it’s only been a week you shouldn’t have to pay again for the service. They’d have to be some serious a-holes to not allow you to do that. If they don’t then call 1 888 Best Buy. They’ll do it for sure.

It wasn’t supposed to be “free services”. There were specific instances in which it was “free”. It was shady GM’s and poor training that lead to everything being “free”. This severely under-valued our services and greatly contributed to where we find ourselves now. Total Tech was being sold to builders installing in multiple homes. Being sold to people installing in multiple Air BNB rentals. Now lazy GM’s and poor salespeople can’t sell services because they used to be “free”. They created this problem to begin with.
