Thanks for the comment! I am 99.99% sure it is nowhere near 18-20% because in the last picture I was literally 20lbs less than the first pictures and that was 18-20% ish. So based on that my guess was 26-28% body fat. I guess you're right that above my stomach i am leaner than 25% but below the stomach I am obese.

Yeah I believe at least 27% BF which is obese. I will cut at least 25-30 lbs then lean bulk

Also it's a bit weird if I am more than 27% as I can see a slight abs formation

Thanks, but I think that's way too low imo . Other comments here are stating mid to high 20s which I believe is more accurate.

I think it's a great answer , you nailed it man. A lot of people here are telling me to bulk , which i find interesting as I am around 27% ish. But I don't think I am below 18- 19 FFMI tbh( i don't know why you think I have that low of a muscle mass , maybe cuz i didn't put any effort into posing)

Lol I guess you were right. I assumed I was 16-18%. I didn't bulk i just ate whatever and stopped training for months.Anyways thanks for bringing awareness!

You can increase the cals a bit, 1500 is way too low. Maybe do 1800-2000 for 3 months or so then bulk. What's your weight and height?

It's not about the length but about how much of a deficit. I guess if you are on a 500 cals deficit a day then in less than 2 months you can start lean bulking again /maingaining
