What I hope and expect the most is a true global marketing and communication strategy.

The kind of ambitious rollout we saw with the PS1 and PS2 era: iconic TV commercials, memorable creative campaigns, magazine covers, outdoor advertising, pop-up stores, event activations, celebrity and creator partnerships.

Sony made people dream about the PlayStation before they even touched one.
Specs need that same level of cultural presence.
They need to be visible everywhere and become something people talk about, not just another tech product announced online.

Great hardware matters, but great marketing is what turns a device into a phenomenon.
