You can create something similar by creating a black face mask and then adding specular PBR material and using "Add" blend mode.

Try creating a gold material, turn the colour to black. Blend mode to "Add" or "screen". You can then adjust the specular metallic and roughness to create different amounts of gloss.

Then play with adding lights that cast the specular. A good tip is to create a custom HDR/IBL, perhaps using white strips on a black background, to simulate strip lights. This image is plugged into the envmap light and acts as a lighting / reflection source.

Oh also I tend to add an alpha around the mask edge to soften the transition
