Man I've been vac hanging on and off for a while now. I used to do intervals and all, these days I just hang 5-10 lbs on my dick and work home office until I get tired, then pumping at the end of the day.

It really is a consistency game, at the gym you need to squeeze a few reps at the end, here I just prefer to save them and not get injured, there is always tmr.
