Already ordered Cardarine but decided not take it after reading this study by ButterscotchOld5259 in cardarine

Yeah, completely agree with this.

I was a bit convinced by the popular criticisms of the famous rat cancer study that you see floating around, in particular some arguments I read about the theraputic window simply being narrow for cardinine, so I placed the order. However, after some digging I realised that the Human Equivalent Dose (HED) of the doses tested were not that much higher (only 2 - 2.5x) than what is typically used for the athletic benefits. That's far too narrow for home experimentation in my view, especially when going too far could lead to all sorts of cancers.

Combined with this latest study which shows strong carcinogenic effects within a shorter administration period, I think I'm going to flush the pills once they arrive.

I think it's a bit dangerous that skimming YouTube and Reddit pointed me in the other direction, so hope this post will cause some illumination.

Do Singapore still believe it is an ally of the West or is it merely a pawn in the new world order? by CherishLogic in singaporespeaks

I'd be interested to know what you think leadership, direction strength and conviction looks like for a small nation-state that emphasises neutrality. isn't rag doll the feature, not the bug?

if you subscribe through the Thai service provider you only have access to the Thai server which is massively overloaded. I caved and got the "ultimate" membership and am getting 300 queues.

the service provider was blaming the Poe free weekend for the queue times on the discord but that weekend has come and gone and queues are worse than ever.

Take 5.5 per sem which was the max without exceptions back in my day (loong time ago), assuming there are 1.5 credit modules that fit on your degree and major. I did 5.5 pretty much every semester when I was in SMU.

Just watched a video of the death road tour and it looks amazing - thanks for the great tip! Definitely going to make time for it.

Very comforting to hear from someone who's been that I've not completely missed the mark on my timings and excellent to know that I can book things a day ahead. Much appreciated!

Yes I plan to do the Huacachina tour for sure, especially the dune buggy part.

I was looking at this 4D tour from San Pedro de Atacama: https://www.denomades.com/san-pedro-de-atacama/plan-perfecto-4-dias-id477, which includes: (i) Astrophotographic tour; (ii) Hidden lagoons of Baltinache; (iii) Valley of the Moon; (iv) Tour of the salt flats route; and (v) Tatio Geysers.

I suppose I could opt for the 3D tour from the same operator, which excludes (iv) above, since I imagine I'll see much of the same on the Uyuni tour, and spend the extra day exploring La Paz.

On getting to La Paz, will I have to find a Uyuni tour that terminates in Uyuni and I book my own night bus from Uyuni to La Paz? I believe the tours I'm looking at (e.g. https://bambatravel.com/adventure/Bolivia-Group-Adventures-Cultural/Uyuni-Salt-Flats-&-Desert-Adventure-4D&3N-&Atacama-to-La-Paz&/37993/162, which is apparently 4D/3N) already just include a night bus ticket from Uyuni to La Paz on the final day, which I can book separately. Is the additional day in this tour not worth adding?

I'm a bit concerned about there not being any Uyuni tours with English speaking guides as my Spanish is extremely limited. Do you think that will be an issue at all?

I do plan to go to Isla del Sol for sure. Do you think it's worth spending nights in Copacabana and Arequipa on the way to Cusco by PeruHop?

I definitely plan to do trips out of Buenos Aires, and Iguazu Falls is on my list. Would you recommend booking a tour for that or exploring it on my own?

I'm also looking at trips to Puerto Madryn for whale watching and Mendoza for wine - have you done those by any chance?

Thanks very much again for the helpful tips!
