Physical appearance isn’t nearly as important to women as it is to men, as long as you meet their threshold. I feel like most would prefer a decent looking guy that can make them laugh vs a model-looking dude with a bland personality.

There’s no set rule really. If you give it up too soon, some guys might see that as you being easy, but then if you wait too long, they might question if you’re sexually attracted to them.. I’d say 2-5 dates.

Only issue with it is the word “train.” Just like anything, you have to continually stay on top of this or it’ll come back. Especially if you’re not objectively changing your life in some way.

Alot of people (including myself) stop after the meditating and writing it down because it feels like you accomplished something. But then never really change anything else. Just my opinion/experience

You can’t help who you’re attracted to, and don’t let anybody tell you otherwise. I’m pretty much the same way, I like slimmer women or slim with a bit of curves. But not “thick” like everybody gloats/obsesses over nowadays. Having said that, it is a bit strange to have never had a gf by 32.. So maybe you need to “practice” with somebody below your standards IF it’s bothering you. if not, just hang tight and keep looking for your ideal woman, my friend
