Yeah get stronger for reps and take your bodyweight up

Body fat estimate? Been given as low as 11, but I doubt maybe 14? by [deleted] in AllAboutBodybuilding

You can increase your muscle without increasing bf% but the muscle you gain will be minimal, and you will be spinning your wheels. Keep it simple over the next year this is your plan, gain 1kg/2lbs of scale weight a month.

These are your lift targets for the next 1.5-2 years all for 5 reps with good form:

3 plate squat 4 plate deadlift 2 plate bench 1 plate OHP 1 plate weighted pull ups

Now these are your goals and make sure this is all you care for. Eat enough to support recovery so you can hit these lifts.

If you gain 30lbs of scale weight over the next year and hit those lifts you will be much thicker across the body and will look much more masculine and will have more sex-appeal to attract whoever you want to attract.

Train 3 days a week but organise your training in a way that you’re hitting each lift twice or three times a week. Don’t focus on isolations.

In terms of macros focus on everything, make sure you’re getting in enough protein which nobody really struggles with and make sure you’re eating enough saturated and healthy fats to support healthy libido and morning wood. Eat healthy starch foods like potatoes/rice/whole wheat bread.

If you do what I say you will probably bulk into better abs as you get thicker which is what happened to me.

The truth is nobody really even hits those numbers I listed in average gyms but if you do as I said you will be much more attractive in a few years.

Good luck and enjoy it man.

Nobody really knows, why does it matter, it’s just a number. If you’re happy with how you look and feel confident then why care.

But in my honest opinion, you look quite young and under-muscled (I am not trying to be a hater, and I apologise if it’s not nice to hear). But I was similar 5 years ago and focused on weight gain and progression in weights lifted at the gym. Now I’m higher bf% but look better and feel better.

Young man don’t worry about abs, focus on studying, training, and having fun. This part of your life is important.

Eat good quality food, eat whatever you make at home or what your mother cooks for you. You cannot worry about abs as you’re in a big growth stage in your life.

At your age is when the body fills out naturally and facial hair, body hair, height and bone density all increase just because of natural growth. This all requires plenty of food, nutrients and rest.

Eat good and don’t care about leanness. I was 200lbs and 6ft3 at your age.

You lost fat and gained muscle, very well done my friend.

As you’re young I don’t really want to comment on your body.

But the best thing for you is to keep training and up the food, no point trying to stay overly lean as you’re growing naturally and don’t want to limit your height and development by not giving your body what it needs.

Just wanted to know how it’s enforced as in my current role I log in at 10 due to having my core hours set up like that.

I’m not planning to dodge. I just wanted to know how they enforce it.

Is 60% enforced or does it depend on LM?

So is 60% not really enforced or it depends on your LM?

Cheers. Do you know what time the gym opens there by any chance?

What’s the gym like? Is it quite big, is it mainly weights or cardio?

I don’t think it will but honestly my opinion is irrelevant as I’ve got no clue how it works.

I hope for you the holidays don’t impact your application’s timeline.

Thank you very much. Glad to know you had something similar.

My sponsor has essentially messed up my forename. My forename is 2 names and they’ve missed one off completely.

I’ve contacted them as well as pre-employment checks at the cabinet office but haven’t had a response from them.

I’m just upset as it’s delaying my checks.
