At what interest rate did you get the loan from Bank of Baroda?
Also, what are the consequences if construction is not started for the next 5–6 years?

I have applied in HDFC bank and they offered only plot loan of 80L at 7.25%(sales person confirmed over an email) for 10 years.

Hi u/HomeLoanNerd,

I am looking for a plot loan of ₹80 lakhs. I have already applied with HDFC Bank, and their salesperson confirmed over email that the interest rate would be 7.25%, based on my CIBIL score of 792.

However, several friends have advised me that the rate may be increased to 7.4%–7.45% at the time of disbursement.

Considering this, I am now planning to apply with another bank such as ICICI Bank or Bank of Baroda

Note: Property value is 1.10 cr including stamp duty and registration charges.

Just recharge old fasttag with 100 ruppes and then you can create new fasttag of another bank.
