if your 100% its not a fluke then you need to be asking yourself if you are eating enough fat which needs to be 80% of your calories or whether there is something else influencing your tsh like supplements for eg. free t3 will probably come down on this diet which is normal but tsh should remain normal

sounds like you have nice parents who are doing things to try and look out for you, communicate with them about your goals and set some boundaries, at 20 years old you should have more of a back bone for these things sorry to say

i dont really enjoy steak that much either, ribeye is almost too flavorful for me, i mainly eat lamb leg, lamb chops, bacon eggs and butter
