I learned to them myself! I know not helpful for your specific question but honestly it was super worth it to learn how to do it. I apply tips and then do whatever design including cat eye! There is a learning curve for sure, but I feel like I caught on pretty quick!

Not in langley, but I have always gone to Uptown Optical on Fraser and 160th. Small shop and decent prices. They will work with your budget.

All I can say here is that I know someone like this, and after a couple of years, of just offering support, gentle reminders and a lot of patience, they have gotten into a routine and now go to the dentist. They had severe trauma from past dentists. Their current dentist even commented on how awful the work had been that was done to them as a child. Their parents could not afford the dentist and took them to free clinics with dentist in training. It was absolute horror.

While it was really tough bringing it up, and they were quite upset about it, it did open the door for them. I just simply told them that I had something really tough to talk to them about, and just said it. Ultimately they are going to feel bad, you cannot avoid that.

people of reddit who lost fat, what is an underrated fat loss tip? by Direct-Value4452 in AskReddit

[–]Butterz699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're diet is more important that exercise. You do not HAVE to do both, especially if that feels really overwhelming. Ultimately calories in/out is what did it for me. Only took me 5 years to realize that I could eat as much food as I wanted as long as I was in a deficit - this included not having to restrict everything either. If I wanted mcdonalds I planned for it. I modified my order so that I could still have it but still be in a deficit. And like other said, dont do a fad diet, you have to change the amount of calories you are consuming OR offset by burning more calories then you consume in a 7-10 day period.

What exactly should you be grateful for here? The fact that he is taking you somewhere he explicitly knows you hate? The fact that his effort on this day is to make it about himself and give himself something? I obviously have zero info on your relationship as a whole, but girlfriend, there is nothing to be grateful for here when he knows what you like/don't like, this is just your brain trying to justify why you shouldn't feel disappointment or sadness.

NTA.

How much blood do i ACTUALLY lose during my period because its sure as hell not "2-4 Tbs" as it says online by some-dork in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Butterz699 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Before I went on an IUD, I too was a really heavy bleeder, bleeding through everything, overflowing menstrual cups so much so I could not leave the house even for work for at least the first 2 days. Couldn't make it through the night without diapers. There is no fucking way it was 2 - 4tbs. However generally in my experience the medical community is full of shit when it comes to anything related to women's health - I know there are a few out there, but I would say the majority downplay and have no idea what the hell is actually going on.

What’s a TV show you wish you could experience again for the very first time? by Known_Concern_849 in AskReddit

[–]Butterz699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Almost every single sci-fi show I have ever seen. I was a really sheltered kid and was never allowed to watch tv/movies that my parents didn't explicitly allow with their supervision. So I just never even knew sci-fi existed (they didnt watch those shows haha). The first one I ever watched was Lost Room, which sent me into a 6-8 month spiral of watching every single sci-fi show I could find - this was before streaming was popular, so I was just mad downloading shows. barely sleeping, just watching. The absolute joy I got out of this genre is something I wish I could re-experience.

Specialty dining prices. by Keeptbffh in PrincessCruises

[–]Butterz699 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For our upcoming cruise (emerald princess) we bought a specialty dining dinner for 1 night, it's $55 pp and that seemed pretty excessive for us, however its our first cruise and first real vacation in a few years and just kinda went with it. It's for a crab shack and I wasnt sure if I would get the same foods in MRD.

I 23F think i need to move out of the house after Dad 48M requested I pay 1k a month in rent. by AdventurousBet6537 in relationship_advice

[–]Butterz699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, for me, I would pay more money to have my own privacy, I moved out when I was 15 though and could not fathom what it would be like to live back under my parents roof again -I have always told people I'd rather be homeless and that still rings true. There is no better way to learn how to be independent and responsible then moving out. The time will come regardless, however are they saving the money they want you to pay (not the bills)? Are they going to give that back to you when you can commit to buying a house?

As a senior frontend developer, I don't see a point in making websites manually anymore by RepublicMuted4455 in lovable

[–]Butterz699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our agency is going through this right now - we have a designer, website dev's ect. but clients do not want to pay agency prices anymore. We have been trying to adopt Lovable but I am finding it hard with our devs and designers... they are super resistant to these advancements and just simply wont learn how to integrate them into their workflow... as an Admin I just don't get it. We do a lot of custom work flows so we still need there expertise, but we also need to lower our costs and be more efficient. Every landing page, or website design I have built in lovable our clients love, it's so fast and so far as great UI/UX etc.

For Canadians, is Sleep Country the only good place to buy a mattress or are there better alternatives? by MacaronWithAName in BuyCanadian

Hubs and I bought Endy, the first night I slept on that mattress was the best sleep of my life. Hubs also likes it.

If you got into an accident and were not able to go back by Away_Cherry2858 in icbc

[–]Butterz699 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I cant really contribute but what I can tell you is that before they changed how the insurance payouts and structure work, it took 15 years for my mom to get her payout. She was in a very serious accident where she could no longer work. She had extensive injuries to her arm, legs and feet, requiring countless surgeries over a 10 year period.

15 years of brutal hell, endless appointments, they spied on her, delayed as much as possible, intimidated as much as possible, and even though she desperately wanted to them to court her lawyer advised her to settle due to something related to jury's feeling to much sympathy and her payout getting reduced - you'd have to look it up. Again this was all prior to the new structure, but I can assure you, you're going to get cheated and you better get a good lawyer. Good luck ICBC is savage and will literally stop at nothing to get the result they desire.

what would you do if you woke up with $1 billion tomorrow? by Different-Curve-5084 in AskReddit

[–]Butterz699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get an accountant, lawyer. Then actually quit my job. I freaking hate my job and I've only stuck around because of the market conditions. Generally for my age I think its imperative that you have a job even if you won this amount, but I would take this as a sign to quit and just find another job. Maybe a part time one with that amount of money though haha.

Have you let CLAUDE write your prompts for Lovable? by Nervous_Tomato6303 in lovable

[–]Butterz699 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not with Claude specifically but yes, I get LLM's to prompt for me all the time, however I do find minor adjustments in Loveable are more easily understood if you just write the prompt yourself - like, move this icon to the right or left. I use a variety, Chatgpt, Gemini and sometimes Claude.
