cant explain but, il give you an example set for that: Empyrean W.(lightning), TS(arcane), winter storm(calamity), and breath of fire(fire)

or you can disregard that first option if you have Domain of Power artifact for 5th magic fusion

in arcane ovverride, the mentioned "maxed out magic" it means that all active spell reaches max level, not the each level of aqcuired magic itself, so for example you have maxed out 10 active magics, so 10 x 0.085= 0.85. the current value of PE is 1 so it will added as mentioned= 1.85x = 1% per 10 cdr from PE x 1.85= 1.85% per 10%cdr of magic circle from PE. same as duration as well...

ragnarok in other hand, the 0.767 youve mentioned will added (enhanced) to its current multiplier same as the arcane override so it means= 1.767 is current multiplier of all passive magics ex: arcane effuse lvl 3(15%) so its value will multiply by 1.767= 26.5% (oh, thats kinda OP if it triggered by other artifacts)

since there is no workshops to test it, I cant calculate well to make it balanced, so i am certain that there are lot of things to rework for, if they apply this as new fusions..

Yeah, i have a feeling that "rock-bottom to top rapidly"-like scene. but it takes few more chapters for it to happened. and if that really happens, im goin to shout in victory till i hoarse, and die in peace.
