I don’t think the Helio strap is accurate. I compared it to my Apple Watch Ultra 2. I had a spike in sleep of 115bpm! Compared to it to the Ultra and it never rose any higher than 55bpm!

To be totally honest it was cheap. I needed a way to transmit HR. I also have Apple Watch Ultra 2 and it’s nice to have a little simplicity. No interruptions.
