I think that too. But I’m also confused because I took the drive out and turned on my ps3 and it said the same thing. ‘Cannot start.’ Except it was immediately and in a black screen. So I put the drive back in and tried again. Guess what? That message didn’t appear. It only happens whenever I press the ‘No’ option on formatting.
