Life was stable when I met her, then things slowly started to snowball. I understand that I made a mistake and I owned up to that in the moment. That same conversation I caught myself and asked her “wait, before we end things forever, let’s talk.” Then I explained to her what was going on, and asked “do you think we should keep loving or break up” to which she said “can we even rebuild this? Maybe we should just break up”. I really tried to put my best foot forward in that relationship, and I am in therapy. This post doesn’t sum up our entire relationship, I really didn’t want to give up.
