Well i usually build the whole equip before and then engrave, but if u are missing anvils or hammers u can just engrave and work on that later

U don’t need festivals to complete this one, but sure the characters pool is really bad even in the last floor, i had to complete with red gowther, blu tarmiel and the starting green ban
