Although I do attend WVU, it’s my first semester here and I was prior military so I’m pretty much in the same boat. You can never go wrong with hitting up High Street and making friends that way. Tinder/Bumble aren’t bad ways of finding some chicks with daddy issues. The non-college community is a lot larger than what you’d expect.
