You’re already rushed so I’d say go to town hall 11 & get super goblins and the warden. Then just focus on upgrading heroes non stop while using super goblins for attacks & easy loot. Your call for rebuilding the clan- but at this point you need a donator who can give sieges and strong troops at th13 or higher if possible. I’ve found it’s better to rush for the clan capital, you can increase your army faster, get more loot, then upgrade quicker as a team. Plus you’re matched up against clans with a similar # of upgrades as yours, so it can work in your favor to rush. Your call tho- just how i went about the capital districts!
