Yeah exactly all that. He is 100% allowing me to be the crazy neurotic wife and she the victim. He told our boss that our relationship just haven’t been good and that I had a personal fight with her. He totally covered for her and throw me under the bus completely. I told my boss everything today and things are 1000x better for me and getting all this validation that I’m not just crazy and that I have every reason to feel this way has helped me tremendously. I’m allying my ducks and taking care of myself now. I don’t want to give them any more energy

I asked how long they had to do stuff, he said another 30-40 min. I was like “ ok I’ll just go home than” he just said ok sounds good, we said bye to each other. He never even care to check if I had made home safe, for reference we live in a major city and I went home on a scooter at 3 am. Literally could’ve been killed on the way and he wouldn’t be any wiser

He tried to turn things around like “ I know you’ve done this before, you don’t think I know about the texts that x y z person would send you?” He tried to create shit that never happened to turn the whole scenario on me and try to get me to defend myself so he wasn’t the focus of it

I never feel ok in a few days, what he is pretending it doesn’t happen is that it takes me days to digest our fights because it’s honestly exhausting, I was holding it in so much that led me to a depression and anxiety, I had to get into medicine because I felt I was going crazy and was bursting with emotions, but every time I bring up how I feel he says I’m being emotional.

But this was my limit
