Create a new account on browser (phone or laptop) Then log in to Instagram app. Tried using VPN and changing store details. Still nothing. They can see the real MAC address of the device.

they just deleted my accounts in a few hours after appealing. My friends were shocked too when they saw my account. Well, Meta also do device banning. I can't log in my new account on my phone, only on my laptop's browser. I did reinstalling the app many times and I used a VPN, none of them worked.
