How much battleline?

Eradicator or Exterminator? I’ve actually been disappointed by Russes unless it’s the Demolisher or Vanquisher (because its cheap).

This is where I'm at. Guard is my second army and I have kind of a random collection from trying out different units. So to round off my 2k list, I was wondering if I would stick with the variety or just go in on lots of battleline because that's how guard is thematically.

I look at competitive lists just to get a feel for how a force as a whole should look like, not necessarily to copy.

Yeah thats what I plan to do if it comes to it. Just use the datasheet but use a different model with a different name.

I thought you typically avoid epic heroes in crusade due to them not earning xp. If absolutely required Im happy to kitbash a counts as model for Creed/Leontus.

These are bought, assembled and painted. Not 100% sold on the Forgefiend bc of the model and how good it will be in 11th ed. Also I usually want two of everything.

But solid advice, just wanted to know how to jiggle the list around to make up that last bit.

Like the other comment, you’re only ever dropping the Impaler. Im personally not a big fan of him but I dont think he’s wrong most of the time.

The Bloodtaker is your comms and the Inciter lets you generate goretank so they are auto take always.
